Privacy policy
Short version: you can read everything here without an account, and we never ask for your claim details. We use Google Analytics to see which pages help people, and our web host keeps standard server logs.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that sent you, your general location (country or city, not your address), and your device and browser type. We use this only to understand which pages are useful and what to improve. We don't use it to identify you, and we don't sell it.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google explains how it uses this data in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical details such as IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and keep a record of corrections. Please don't send medical records, claim documents or other sensitive information. We won't share your email with lawyers, insurers or marketers.
Links to other sites
We link to government agencies, regulators and other outside sites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the UK, EU, Canada and some US states, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you and to have it deleted. Email contact@accidentclaimlawyers.com.
